Assessment
Our NDA consultant will assess your financial situation by reviewing your income and expenses. If it's determined that you're over-indebted, meaning your expenses exceed your income and you're struggling to meet debt repayments on time, you qualify for debt consolidation .

Creditors
Upon your application for Debt Counselling with NDA, we will promptly inform all your credit providers and the credit bureaus.

Payment
Proposal
Upon receiving Certificates of Balances (COBs) from your creditors, we leverage this information to formulate a sensible repayment proposal tailored to accommodate your budget.

Creditor
Negotiations
NDA will engage in negotiations with your credit providers to secure reductions in your monthly instalments and interest rates. Additionally, we aim to extend your repayment terms, ultimately crafting a new repayment plan that frees up more funds for your everyday living expenses.

Application
Our specialized attorneys will initiate the application process at the magistrates court to legally establish your new debt repayment plan as a court order. Your debt counsellor will act as the applicant on your behalf, sparing you the need to personally appear in court.
